CONFLICTS OF INTEREST IN THE DEPT. OF ENERGY SCANDAL THAT NOBODY IS BEING ALLOWED TO INVESTIGATE. ORGANIZED CRIME IN DC GOING UNCHECKED:

“What did the President know, and when did he know it?”

Key Points from The New Whistle-Blowers Revelations –

  • Almost all of the Senators, their families and business partners, including Feinstein, Boxer, Reid, Granholm and Pelosi, acquired insider trading stock, in advance of the “wins” in the very companies that “won” the taxpayer cash. From the year 2000, until today’s date, the stock acquisitions of certain senators, their families, associated trusts and close friends, relative to DOE & TARP cash distributions, is highly, highly suspicious when it is graphed out on a matrix chart. “Unfair Gain” and “Abuse of office for stock advantage” are also felony crimes if they tie directly to campaign donor profits, too.
  • All of the companies that “won” the cash were owned by campaign donors
  • As part of the kick-backs, every applicant, who was not a campaign donor, was rejected out-of-hand, even though most had superior comparative metrics
  • Over 30 Whistle Blowers attempted to formally report the misdeeds to EVERY federal IG, AG, Law Enforcement and Investigation group for nearly HALF A DECADE but were rebuffed, stone-walled and attacked at every turn. Feinstein’s new comments about “They should have gone through proper channels” is responded to as “duck and cover misdirection” by the top Whistle-Blowers, including inside staffers, who made every possible attempt to report the, potentially, criminal actions.
  • Jay Carney and Robert Gibbs, while working in the White House, took great steps to protect Tesla from Bankruptcy because Tesla was owned and controlled by campaign donors and their bankruptcy embarrasses the politicians who set up the kick-backs. The Senators who arranged Tesla’s & Solyndra’s “win” also supplied the real estate and staffing deals to Tesla and Solyndra from their own family ventures.
  • The internet news aggregators and broadcast TV news organizations, especially Google, that covered the winners were owned by campaign donors and were ALSO investors in the companies that “won” the cash
  • Rahm Emanual, while a senior White House executive, ran a “do not fund” list which was relayed to Energy Secretary Steven Chu, on behalf of the White House, in order to make sure insider trading investments of the others, and their investors, were not affected by competing outsiders
  • Steven Chu had a personal relationship, that he did not disclose in the vetting process, with almost every investor of the “winners” of the DOE cash and those parties turned out to all be campaign donors
  • Missing files and emails, requested by Senate investigations, exactly correlate to the dates of interest and those files and emails were managed by the very DOE staff who are persons-of-interest. Staff has actually retained those missing documents in back-ups that were not erased in “hard drive crashes”.
  • Goldman Sachs skimmed money off the top of most of the “winners” deals and over 90% of the elected, appointed, contracted and hired federal staff, who decided who got the money from TARP and DOE, had investment and personal relationships with Goldman Sachs
  • Google, Amazon, Linkedin, Twitter and Facebook were floated lucrative spying contracts in exchange for support, PR manipulation and data mining. Their investors were not only campaign donors but also drafted bills which went before Congress
  • IBM Consulting and Argonne Labs (Closely aligned with Rahm Emanual) were hired by DOE to “vet applicants” yet they were both given directives, By Steven Chu, to only allow companies owned by campaign donors to “pass the secret tests” and the secret testing information was manipulated by IBM, Argonne and Chu so that only campaign donor companies looked good in the results, which were provided by “secret reviewers” who all worked for campaign donors
  • Nobody, that can demand arrests, will allow the FBI or a Special Prosecutor to investigate, because those entities actually have the authority to make arrests. All other investigations are only allowed to write non-punitive generic whitepapers. Eric Holder won’t allow any agency under his direction to conduct any investigation that might lead back to the White House. Covington and Burling, the lobby/law firm that put him in office, were instructed to get a guy who will be a “brick wall” for Obama.

There are over 300 other interesting coincidences…

Do you wonder why all of America only has a 7% confidence level in Congress according to the polls? How can they let this go unchecked and not prosecuted? Demand a Special Prosecutor! Demand arrests!

So why is nobody arresting anyone? Because they are being told NOT TO!

Send in your links. Let’s discuss…

Regarding Amazon: Der Spiegel and The Guardian have disclosed that, if you ever wrote, or uttered, a statement that might piss off a big politician, or their campaign backers, then never buy anything from Amazon.

Amazon is a partner with spy and data mining companies. If you said something naughty, that a big politico didn’t like, Amazon will tag you, track you, bug your electronics orders (via interception shops between Amazon and you on the UPS/FEDEX route) and keep a red flag on you. 60 Minutes has already publicly shown that Amazon has a confidential contract to supply the server services for spy and data mining companies within one wire away from the sales department in their server centers. Amazon Drones indeed.. they can deliver your new USB Hub and bug you at the same time, how efficient.

Yikes!

Google, Amazon, Linkedin, Twitter and Facebook just one big front for a spy, data-mining and political manipulation scheme? Hmmm? Do Snowden, Greenwald and Assange confirm, or deny, that? Did they reveal that?

It is interesting that the release of these new disclosures coincides with the Death of Watergate investigator Howard Baker; famous for his question during the Watergate hearings: “What did the President know, and when did he know it?” Deja Vue?

So is this new thing bigger than Watergate, same size, or wider?

On another WIKI a big Washington DC lawyer is saying that the FBI and/or a special prosecutor can’t go in until Eric Holder tells them they can. What if Holder never let’s them go in.  Is there any other way to have a Federal judge, or somebody who can issue arrest warrants, look at all of this? Who knows the complete legal answers to this question per Constitutional law?

Robert Lester- NYT

Even if all but 3% of this is wrong, (and we have seen from already released investigations that much of these charges have already been confirmed) then why isn’t there a full federal hearing underway unless there is a massive cover-up?

onion2NEW YORK—Noting that it has had thousands of years to develop a more agreeable option, humankind expressed bewilderment this week that it has yet to devise a better alternative to governing itself than always letting power-hungry assholes run everything, sources worldwide reported.

Individuals in every country on earth voiced their frustration that, in spite of generations of mistreatment, neglect, and abuse they have suffered at the hands of those in positions of authority, they continue to allow control over the world’s governments, businesses, and virtually every other type of organization and social group to fall to the most megalomaniacal pricks among them.

“We’ve all seen what this system leads to, so you’d think that by now, someone, somewhere would have sat down and thought up another way to keep our societies functioning without giving all the power to arrogant, amoral dicks whose only concern is improving their own status,” said Mumbai software designer Ankan Rao, one of 7.1 billion humans who conveyed continued surprise that their species has so far proven incapable of formulating a method of governance that was even slightly more tolerable. “Everybody dislikes the people in charge and everybody knows they’re only serving their own personal agendas at the expense of everyone else, but we just keep allowing these jerks to make our decisions time and time again. And it’s not just here—it’s everywhere in the world.”

“Boy, maybe we shouldn’t do that anymore,” Rao added. “Anyone have any better ideas?”

Speaking with reporters, citizens across the planet unanimously expressed their bafflement at the consistency with which they either formally or informally select corrupt and self-obsessed sacks of shit for leadership roles in all facets of life, including positions atop corporate boards, judicial and legislative bodies, religious institutions, parent-teacher associations, the military, intramural softball teams, and international and national professional associations, as well as groups of friends deciding where to eat.

In addition, sources offered countless examples of the counterproductive and perplexing practice of entrusting power to the world’s least scrupulous individuals, ranging in scale from a domineering dictator who plunges his country into civil war in order to consolidate his power, to a Foot Locker shift manager who forces his subordinates to close up without him so that he can go home early.

Moreover, everyone across the planet acknowledged that the tradition of allowing an exploitative asshole to take charge of a given situation has been the principal system for group decision-making from the earliest formation of tribal societies to the present day, an admission that caused each member of the human race to either emit an exasperated sigh, shake his or her head, or mutter a profanity.

“My old boss, my sorority president, my congressional representative, my current boss—they’ve all been soulless, backstabbing dickheads whose only concern is getting what they want,” said administrative assistant Sheryl Gittens of Fort Worth, TX, who went on to list the bully back in her seventh grade class, her homeowners association president, and the coordinator of her Bible study group among the legions of selfish jagoffs who have inexplicably been granted commanding roles by the acquiescent masses. “What’s even more annoying is that we essentially reward these people for only thinking of themselves and repeatedly screwing us over. If you stop and think about it, that’s pretty messed up.”

“Jesus,” she continued. “What the hell’s wrong with us?”

Given the prevalence throughout history of compassionless, two-faced leaders whose lust for control and inflated self-importance have led to disastrous results for society at large, many individuals questioned if, going forward, they should instead try giving power to someone other than a greedy, self-serving bastard.

“Maybe we should try letting a kind, responsible person run things for a change,” Cairo resident Nathifa Bakhoum told reporters. “I, for one, don’t want to be told what to do by another narcissist who’s drunk on power and who has absolutely no regard for my well-being. It’s just a thought, but perhaps we could go with a good, decent human next time, or at least someone who’s not a completely egotistical pile of dogshit. That seems like a good thing to try at least once, right? Could we even do that? It’s probably worth a shot.”

When pressed for further comment, however, every member of humanity agreed that the current system, though deeply flawed, remains far better than one in which they actually have to make decisions for themselves.
