Testimony from Tesla staff shows that All Tesla Executives were fully informed of the toxic smoke from Tesla batteries and the very high potential for fires and explosions caused by the configuration of lithium ion batteries that Tesla used.
Over 15 Tesla senior engineers, the heads of Tesla’s battery group, Panasonic, LG Chem, Enerdel. A123, 3 outside technical consultants hired by Tesla, and over 18 outside consultants hired by Tesla’s investors were fully informed of the toxic and pyro-explosive danger of the way in which Tesla was using their batteries over a decade ago. The batteries, which were specifically NOT designed for automotive use, had very deadly qualities legal investigators have discovered. Tesla decided to use these batteries, in this configuration, in order to save money and increase their profit margin to themselves and their investors factories.

All of the battery companies have issued MSDS warnings about these batteries. FACTCHECK: Indeed Rahm Emanual, Robert Gibbs, Steven Chu, Eric Strickland, Matt Rogers, Steve Spinner, Kathy Zoi, David Axelrod, Steve Rattner and a vast number of other ultra-top level heads of federal offices and agencies involved in the scandal, suddenly quit, at the height of their careers, in a bad economy, with no better-salary job lined up, for no apparent reason. Per the ongoing investigations, We rate this as: VERY INTERESTING, FURTHER INVESTIGATION REQUIRED.

FACTCHECK: A Tesla driver did hit and kill two people while drunk driving a Tesla and is under Homicide charges. The dead people’s families have sued Tesla. (EXAMPLE 20) Another Tesla driver hit and killed a bicyclist because the Tesla driver said “his car smelled bad”. The cops say he was under the influence. (EXAMPLE 21). The driver is charged with homicide and that family is suing Tesla too. Tesla IS SUED for Lemon Law and many other fraud charges. (EXAMPLE 22) Many published reports, some contracted by Tesla, to see how to market to rich guys, and others produced by independent psychodynamics research groups have found that Tesla drivers are more unstable than most other drivers. Google is the only online news source which has almost no negative Tesla stories in its search engine or news story results. We rate this as: PROBABLY TRUE, FURTHER INVESTIGATION REQUIRED.

FACTCHECK: The Senator and her staff are the lead negotiators and communications agents in all email revolving around the NUMMI acquisition. (EXAMPLE 24) The Senators husband does own CBRE which did engage in real estate transactions relative to the Solyndra and Tesla adjacent properties. State & federal disclosures do show that Tesla’s investors did contribute heavily to Feinstein and her campaigns, some were even appointed to federal commissions. There is a very definite, quantifiable set of trackable metrics that do seem to indicate that there was some sort of quid-pro-quo. Press releases and news stories can be found that do show that Feinstein staff and contractors subsequently went to work for Tesla and Solyndra. GAO and OMB records, and public statements by Tesla staff, do show that Tesla had it’s loan cash participation fee waived in a “special arrangement” by Steven Chu. FACTCHECK: When we look at campaign disclosure statements (EXAMPLE 32) and public filings and cross reference those with the identities of the investors who benefited from the real estate exclusives, exclusive tax waivers, credits, tax write-offs, stock enhancers and free rides and cross reference that cumulative list with the contributors to elected officials since 2007, in California and Washington, The list has an odd mix of being almost the same people in the final overlay. We rate this as: PROBABLY TRUE, FURTHER INVESTIGATION REQUIRED.

FACTCHECK: GQ Magazine advertising department staff have stated that Elon Musk’s PR group purchased a large amount of advertising in exchange for the glory story on Elon Musk. 60 Minutes, Wired and other publications refused to comment aboput ads-for-glory-story exchanges. Other articles have stated that Consumer Reports positive reviews and Yelp positive reviews “can be purchased, given enough money”. We rate this as: MAYBE, FURTHER INVESTIGATION REQUIRED.
